Making healthcare feel human at scale.
As Art Director, I partnered with a large, multi-hospital health system to deliver high-volume, multi-channel campaigns that supported both brand awareness and growth marketing. Over the course of the engagement, I created 150+ paid social videos promoting key service lines, community initiatives, and patient stories—all designed to be engaging in-feed while staying aligned to healthcare compliance and brand standards.
My role went beyond asset creation. I directed video and photoshoots—shaping concepts, visual direction, and pacing—so the final pieces matched the tone the brand wanted to show the world: expert, compassionate, and modern. Outside of social, I produced out-of-home, paid print, and thousands of digital banner adaptations across 50+ national campaigns, keeping everything on-brand even as it was adapted for different markets and placements.
To keep that many touchpoints consistent, I regularly led cross-functional teams of project managers, writers, designers, and business stakeholders—guiding creative, aligning on messaging, and making sure the storytelling stayed connected from campaign to campaign.
Result: a consistent, human-centered creative program that made complex healthcare messaging easier to understand—and easier to recognize—across every channel.
