New look, same viral energy
Translating a brand into something the team could use every day.
As the Art Director for a growing agency, I owned the digital and social expression of our new brand—how it showed up online, how fast we could produce it, and how to keep it consistent after launch. While the core identity (name, logo, palette) was being rebuilt, I focused on operationalizing it for day-to-day use: I created custom, easy-to-update social templates for case studies, culture, hiring, and campaign launches, and trained a new social specialist so the channel could be managed in-house without dropping quality.
To support the wider team, I built centralized Adobe and Figma libraries with reusable components and layouts, and designed 50+ digital assets so the site told one cohesive story.
Outcome: a clear, digital-first brand system that made the agency look as strong online as the work it delivers—and a team equipped to keep it that way.
This collection reflects the broader visual system developed during the brand refresh. I created the core templates, style direction, motion guidelines, and visual frameworks that informed how social content and video assets were produced. Some of the examples shown here were designed or edited directly by me, while others demonstrate how the system was adopted and expanded across the organization and partner teams.
